Hello doctor,

I am restless most of the time. A lot of things run simultaneously in my head and get winded up. I am never emotionally neutral. Either I am super excited or depressed without knowing the reason. I never want to sit idle. I have to keep myself occupied at all times, or else I will get sad. I am afraid of losing people whom I love. I feel lonely and isolated. Why so?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

Please provide complete information about your age, sex, marital status, education, occupation, family background, etc. I will need detailed medical or surgical history, family history, and drug history. Depression and sadness are both different things. They cannot be equated to each other. So, I request you elaborate on your symptoms.

On the basis of the available information, it seems that you are suffering from a kind of anxiety disorder. So, I suggest you do some relaxation techniques like a breathing exercise.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
