Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

There have been white wrinkles on the foreskin of my penis, and then it turned to black patches, consulted a dermatologist and he suggested the cream Emoderm, but after applying it for two days, conditioned turned worst, now there are several wrinkles on the penis foreskin. Please advise what should I apply. Yesterday night, I applied T-Bact with aloevera cream, it looks apparently better.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It appears to be due to dryness or irritation.

  1. Clean the area with warm water twice daily.
  2. Do not use harsh soaps or detergents.
  3. Avoid friction or irritation or any chemicals.
  4. Wear loose cotton inner wears.
  5. See that there is adequate ventilation.

Some more information to provide in follow up:

  1. Do you have any dryness or infection in any other part of the body?
  2. What is your intercourse history?
  3. Does your partner have any fungal infection?
  4. Do you have any disease or diabetes?
  5. What is your occupation?

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your advise. My family consists of my wife and my son (16 years old). My wife had a vaginal fungal infection long back but it is completely cured as of now. Intercourse is perhaps once bimonthly but with a condom.

I do not have any diabetes. But I do have a habit of masturbation very frequently. But never went to any bad areas. Never in my life touched any other women. Please advise can I use aloe vera cream and T-Bact ointment or any other medicine for this?

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You can use aloe vera and T-bact (Mupirocin) if you are feeling improvement with it. Both take treatment for fungal infection too.

I suggest both of you can take oral antifungal Fluconazole 150 mg weekly once for four weeks. Avoid frequent or forceful masturbation. Do not wash frequently with soaps.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
