Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 22-year-old male. I had a relationship for three years, and I was pretty serious, but somehow we were not sexually active. It was a relationship I never wanted to break. Anyways, somehow we broke up, and it has been one year. I started drinking heavily and masturbating a lot (4 to 5 times a day). My sexual health was at its peak. But now, whenever I get involved with a female, I cannot control myself, and I finish before they even start. Things are getting very depressed for this reason. Can you help me with advice or medication?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Do not worry. Medicines alone will not work. My advice is,

  • Avoid masturbation totally.
  • Avoid alcohol totally.
  • Do perineal and pelvic exercise regularly.
  • Do yoga and pranayam regularly.
  • Go for walks regularly.

I suggest the following for three months.

  • Capsule Semento (herbal capsules) - 2 capsules twice a day.
  • Ashwagandharishta (herbal syrup) 15 ml three times a day.
  • Musli Pak (herbal preparation) - 1 full teaspoon three times a day.

Revert after three weeks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
