Hello doctor,
I am 23 years old and I have this problem for the last three years. My underarm is too dark and I cannot wear sleeveless tops. I am getting married soon and am really embarrassed because the sensitive area is also with dark skin and I really need an absolute solution.

Dark body folds are more commonly seen in those who are overweight. If that is the case, then weight issues need to be addressed. I suggest you use either a Kojic acid or Glycolic acid based cream for the dark body folds.
