Last year, I gave birth to a baby boy, who died soon after birth. I am trying to conceive again, and I realized that my menstrual cycle has changed from being 28 days. Every month I tried to track my ovulation, but nothing happens. I do not know if you can help, but when I press my breast, I see little water getting collected. You are well within the age to have the next baby. But before you start trying, I would suggest you get evaluated why the baby died last time. Periods date plus and minus seven days is normal, so I feel your periods are normal, no need to treat that.

But, the fluid from the breast needs to be evaluated. I suggest getting a thyroid profile and serum prolactin levels checked. This is better done at early morning 6 to 9 AM, on an empty stomach. If any of these are high, then you will need to take medications for correcting it.

If the test results are normal, stop the milk or fluid formation, by using a tight bra, avoid repeated checking if milk is coming, and never allow the breasts to sag.
