Hello doctor,
My penis is soft, loose, and small in size. As a result, I have difficulty getting and maintaining an erection. I cannot penetrate and I lose my erection when I try to penetrate. I have had tablets Sildenafil and Tadalafil, but they did not help. I have attached my testosterone, TSH, FSH, LH, and prolactin test reports below.

I reviewed your reports (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). Your penis is absolutely fine. You do not have any vascular cause of erectile dysfunction, so I think Tadalafil or Modula (Phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors) will not help. Also, your blood reports are normal, except for your prolactin levels. So I think that you might have erectile dysfunction due to stress. I suggest you to consult an endocrinologist for the high prolactin levels. Also, you might require a penile vacuum or intracavernosal injection as a therapy for erection problems.
