Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 40 years old with a weight of 149 pounds and a height of 71 inches. I suffer from erectile dysfunction. I have a lack of sensation in the penis and groin. My penis seems to be too cold to touch. I am not having spontaneous erections. I have this problem for a few weeks. I am taking anti-depressant medication. I have tried taking Cialis 10 mg but there is no effect.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Please mention the antidepressants you are taking now. Please mention the duration of taking Cialis (Tadalafil). Please mention whether you have any chronic illnesses like diabetes or hypertension. Please mention whether you have the habit of smoking and mention your marital status. Please mention whether you have a partial erection or total loss of erection during stimulation.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I am taking Effexor and Trazodone for sleep. I have also tried taking Cialis once. I have high blood pressure and I am taking treatment for it. I am smoking with nicotine vape for a few months. It requires a lot of stimulation to gain erection during masturbation and it does not sustain for a long time. I am unmarried.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I recommend you start taking tablet Cialis 5 mg once a day for a month. You can also take tablet Sildenafil 50/100 mg for two weeks along with Cialis. This medication has to be taken before two hours of intercourse and masturbation. The dose can be used as 50 or 100 mg for having an optimal response. Try to follow this for two weeks. Try to stop the habit of smoking. Have a follow-up after a month.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
