Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I started to have tiny holes in my palm a few months ago. They do not hurt and are symptomless. And also, they do not spread anywhere. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Kindly answer the following to help you better. Did you had any contact with irritant chemicals? Do you have any history of atopy or allergies? What is your occupation? Do you have a dry skin type? Any excess scratching and rubbing of the lesions? Do you have any itching or burning sensation? Regards.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thanks for the reply. My answers are as follow. No contact with any chemical irritant. I do not have any allergies. My skin is not usually dry. They are not very itchy or burning. Thanks.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It is allergic dermatitis (hand eczema). I suggest you apply Tenovate cream (Clobetasol) at night for 15 days, Venusia Max (butter of Shea, Aloe, Cocoa, and Mango) moisturizer twice to thrice daily for 15 days, and T-Bact ointment (Mupirocin) at daytime for 15 days. Kindly avoid scratching and rubbing lesions, moisturize the area regularly, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, friction, injury to hands, allergens, or irritant products. Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
