Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 25 years old. I have 90 and 60 mm Hg blood pressure. I feel really low and nauseous. I want to know if my blood pressure is something to be worried about. It is frequent. I feel like too much stress causes my BP to go low.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

As such, this blood pressure at your age does not create any problem. But you should better get your CBC (complete blood count) checked as you may be anemic. I have these suggestions for you- You must improve your diet. Do not skip a meal. You must have at least one glass of milk a day. You must minimize junk food intake. If you are anemic, a proper diet will improve your BP (blood pressure). I suggest you take tablet Pantakind-D SR (Pantoprazole and Domperidone) two times for a few days besides proper diet. You must consult your doctor and take these medicines with their consent.. As an addition, you may add any good multivitamins and antioxidant combinations. If your Hb (haemoglobin) level is too low you have to take Iron and Folic acid tablets. Otherwise, a proper diet as advised by me and some proper sleep in the day is enough at your age.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
