Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 22-year-old male. I have a really low sex drive. At the beginning of the relationship, my sex drive was good, but after a few months, it went down really fast, and I have been facing this problem for the past three years. I am happy with the way my partner looks, I believe in being healthy, and I am not overweight at all. I go to the gym for few times a week, and I am not stressed or depressed either. I just feel like I do not want to have sex, or it would be just too much hassle to start most of the days. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. I see young men with a low libido or sex drive quite often. It is a natural variant. Most likely, you are mildly asexual. Normally that makes life even easier unless there is a partner who expects much more. If you have a healthy heart, I suggest you use the tablet Viagra (Sildenafil). It does not require any other treatment.

Kindly revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.

Partial asexuality is a normal harmless variant.
