Hi doctor,
I am having symptoms such as a white discharge from my penis, and it has a bad smell. I visited a physician in person and he suggested medicines for fungal infection. But I cannot find any difference after taking it for the past two days. What to do? Am I suffering from gonorrhea or any other STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease)? Kindly help me.

I went through your query and understood your concern. The white discharge usually is a fungal infection. Unhygienic condition is the cause. I suggest you to clean gently the area with soap and water. Also, I suggest you to locally apply Clotrimazole (antifungal medication) ointment two times a day.
