Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am almost 18 years old and I have been experiencing difficulty in retracting my foreskin. I am unable to retract it beyond the tip of the penis, even in an erected state. I have not had any pain or discomfort yet. I have taken pictures of my penis in its natural state, with the foreskin pulled back as far as possible, and in an erect state with the foreskin pulled back as far as possible. I have also taken a picture of where the foreskin opens. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. According to your symptom, you may be suffering from phimosis. If there is pain, you can use ointment Lobate GM Neo (Clobetasol and Miconazole) for local application and tablet Zerodol P (Serropeptidase, Paracetamol and Aceclofenac) for pain. Kindly share a picture of your erect penis. So, I can help you with the diagnosis. Also, check for your blood sugar. If phimosis is confirmed, you need to plan for circumcision for a complete cure.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
