Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 27-year-old male and have a habit of masturbation. I recently got married, and during sex, I cannot come to the climax, but while masturbation, everything is fine. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. Now that you are married, you must cut down on masturbation; if possible, avoid it altogether. People who have masturbated a lot in the past can sometimes face this problem of delayed ejaculation and weak erections during the actual act. Once you stop masturbation for about a week and try to abstain from sex during that period, the subsequent sex will be a better experience. Moreover, it is also slightly psychological. It is essential for you not to be anxious during the performance and to enjoy the act more without thinking about how much you are going to last on the bed. As I said before, it is going to improve soon. Also, for your information, masturbation two to three times a week when you are not sexually active is a healthy habit. However, people tend to masturbate excessively and face such issues. But it can be completely corrected. I would also suggest taking tablet Evion (vitamin E) 400 once daily. It is loaded with vitamin E and antioxidants. It improves sperm count and helps your sexual life indirectly. I hope this helps.

Thank you.
