Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am having a problem with PE and ED both. I am very fit, and even I am doing my regular exercises. I do not have any medical issues, not even mental tension, but why I face PE and ED. I am also having trouble with my penis hardness. This happens after ejaculations before it was tough and strong. I want to solve my sexual timing and the hardness of the penis. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I am sorry to learn about your severe problems. Unfortunately you did not mention if you are married because this would have an impact on the treatment. So I will split the answer:

  • If you are married I will prescribe you a stress reducing medication (latent, chronic stress is the most common reason for ED) and numbing gel for your penis to make it less sensitive during intercourse.
  • If you are single, the therapy is way more simple: no prone and no masturbation, not even occasionally.

Details are given below. Get well soon.

The Probable causes

Distorted arousal cascade.

Differential diagnosis

Various.

Probable diagnosis

ED (erectile dysfunction) and PE (premature ejaculation) due to a distorted nervous arousal cascade.

Treatment plan

1. If married: Propranolol 20 mg (one hour before intercourse, not more than 40 mg per day); Lidocaine gel or cream to rub on the top of the penis before intercourse (attention: fatty creams can cause condoms to rupture). 2. If single: stop masturbation, and no such activities, not even occasionally, and no prone masturbation. Touch the penis only for hygiene and toilet purposes.

Preventive measures

If single, the therapeutic chastity can be ensured with appliances or minor surgical interventions. Get back to me if you need this kind of help.

Regarding follow up

Any time you want.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
