Along with these problems, I suffer from IBS from childhood, bad digestion, low appetite, sometimes heart palpitation. The medicines prescribed by a urologist like Tazzle which causes low BP. Tetrafol plus was prescribed but it causes depression and some strange feelings in the brain.

If Tazzle (Tadalafil) is causing hypotension then the dose can be reduced. You can take 10 mg tablet and drink plenty of water before that. This will prevent the hypotension. Most individuals improve with a low dose. L-arginine supplements like Nano Leo or Neurokind gold sachet, etc., can also be used. These also help in improving the erection.

No, there is no such side effect. This could cause hypotension but there are no serious effects on the heart. You can try L-arginine supplements which could help in improving your erection.
