Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 21 years old and going through a very strange time. I was 149 pounds last year, but now I have lost around 45 pounds. I was a happy student, but now I am so much depressed. I started experiencing panic attacks last year, and then I experienced seminal leakage. I have passed all the cardiac tests, and it shows normal, but I feel my heart will be off. My heartbeat goes to slow when I see some strange things. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern. You seem to have an anxiety spectrum disorder, but a detailed evaluation is needed to conclude. So consult a psychiatrist in person for detailed evaluation and treatment. Treatment is possible. Seminal leakage is nothing but a normal phenomenon though there are several myths surrounding it. Avoid caffeinated drinks. Aerobic exercise daily and a balanced diet rich in antioxidants help. Remember, every problem has a solution. You need to try solving it, and help is just a step away. Feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

Thank you and take care.
