I there a homeopathic remedy for burning sensation in vulva?

Hi doctor,

My wife is 20 years old. She has been having a burning sensation in the vagina. Burning increases after urination or while urination. She also has a cold and cough due to glucose recommended by her doctor. We have a 1-year-old baby, who is breastfed and semi-solid. This issue comes to her once every six months. She is currently on dual antibiotics and Urikind plus tablets. Her routine microscopic urine test report showed 8 to 15 pus cells and the same with epithelial cells.

Why is my wife getting recurrent typhoid and UTI infection?

Hello doctor,

I am asking questions on behalf of my wife. She is breastfeeding and we have a baby aged three months. Every 2 to 4 months she keeps getting typhoid and UTI infection. Recently, she had a fever, and pain in her hands and legs. For the third time, she has been diagnosed with typhoid and widal test reports came weakly positive. Current symptoms are light headache, a sudden feeling of cold more than normal, weakness, feels exhausted, and also has UTI. There is only one symptom that she feels a burning sensation 2 to 3 minutes after urination. Currently, she is on antibiotics and taking Zithrox Plus, Zentax, Ubinext LC, and Paracetamol. Before pregnancy, she had taken Baptisia tinctoria, a homeopathic medicine, and was well within 5 days. Can she take the same homeopathic medicine while breastfeeding? Please suggest homeopathic medicine for typhoid and UTI. I have attached her widal test reports for your reference.

Her CBC tests are as follows: Hemoglobin 12.1 g/dL and TLC 7400 cells/cubic mm. Polymorphs 51%, lymphocyte count 43%, monocyte 1%, eosinophil count 5%, basophil counts 0%, the platelet count is 2.3 lakhs per cubic mm, and total RBC count 4.90.

I have enlarged breast and less facial hair. Will it lead to infertility?

Hello doctor,

I am a 25 year old male. My weight is 143.30 Ibs and height is 5'5". I am having enlarged breasts and very less facial hair. Will this lead to infertility? I am not taking any medicine. I have consulted an endocrinologist regarding this. He examined my chest and suggested me to get a hormone analysis and ultrasound of my breasts. My hormone levels found in the analysis are as follows. My serum beta-hCG is <0.100 mIU/mL, total testosterone level is 414 ng/dL, TSH level is 0.00402 mIU/mL, free T4 is 0.00121 µg/dL, LH is 9.23 mIU/mL, prolactin level is 19.79 ng/mL, and estradiol (E2) is 32.43 pg/mL.

I would like to know, are these hormone levels normal for an adult male? As suggested, I got my ultrasonogram done for my breasts and the reports are as follows. Nipple and subareolar tissue are normal. There is no retraction or skin thickening, no abnormal calcification and no axillary lymph nodes seen. The pectoralis and retromammary space appears normal. No focal or diffused lesions observed. Looking into my results, doctor told me that there are no abnormalities seen in both the breasts. In addition to all this, doctor asked me to try few exercise and check if there is any reduction in the size of the breast. In spite of trying everything, if the breast size did not reduce the he told me to get them removed. Now my question is that, will enlarged breast affect my marriage life? Beard hair growth is fine, but the mustache hair is very less. Is there any medicine that can cure my problem? Please help.
