Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I had sex with a prostitute. The condom tore while penetrating, but I withdrew my penis immediately. Though I did that, I am afraid of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) transmission and do not know if she has HIV. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. You are not at a risk of HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) transmission as the penis was removed immediately.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

My penis was inside her vagina for fewer than 10 seconds, but I am afraid that I would get HIV. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. I suggest you do HIV test after ten days of exposure and wait for the results for further management.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
