Hi doctor,
I have pain in the right iliac region, I have a frequent urge to urinate, and I also fart so much. Nothing was found on the ultrasound and CT scan. I am currently taking capsule Myoril 4 mg and tablet Pruvict 1. Please help me find a solution.

The symptoms you presented are consistent with chronic prostatitis. The treatment is usually by medications and I suggest you take tablet Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for four weeks and tablet Tamsulosin 0.4 mg once at night. There is a supplement as well called Prostafree and you can take it daily for three months. I hope this will solve your issue.
