Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am suffering from venous leakage, erectile dysfunction, and low testosterone. Please suggest medicine to resolve venous leakage and increase the testosterone level. I had taken testosterone therapy six months before and had got a penile doppler sonography test.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

According to your complaints, you may have erectile dysfunction. Tablets and injections can rectify low testosterone. Kindly let me know what kind of treatment you are on. Did you repeat the test after the medication? I suggest you plan for regular exercise, a proper diet, and yoga. Also do a penile doppler sonography, ultrasound of pelvis, and scrotum, blood pressure, random blood sugar, free T3 (triiodothyronine), T4 (thyroxine), and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone). I suggest you do basic exercises like Kegels, squats, yoga, running, or fast walking for five minutes and have fruits such as strawberry, apple, avocado, sweet potato, sesame seed, almond, garlic, and chocolates. For a temporary solution you can use the tablet Mildfil (Tadalafil) 5 mg twice a day. Consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
