Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I masturbated a lot for the past two to three years. Due to this, I suffered from many symptoms like dizziness, reduced testicle size, reduced penis size from 6.3 inches to 5.2 inches, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, hair loss, and gynecomastia problem. Now I am feeling some pain in my testis most of the time. I also have burning sensation when I wake up from sleep and pain in my testis. Sometimes on the left side, sometimes on the right side. My testis became soft and I can also feel some veins attached to my testis when I touch them.

I am feeling tensed about my future too. I am preparing for defense exams, and I think that I will be unfit for the medical test.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com

I can understand. Masturbation is normal, natural, and never unhealthy. But excess masturbation can kill your sexual stamina. Excess masturbation can also cause anxiety disorder, depression, erectile dysfunction, and premature ejaculation.

You can be sure that there are no side effects of masturbation if you restrict it to thrice a week. Jogging and physical exercise are always good to keep you fit and stop worrying about sex and allied thinking. You should consult a urologist in person for a detailed check-up and urine test for other given symptoms.

I suggest online sex counseling and therapy. Take care.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
