Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a burning sensation on top of my head. This happens after my mom disturbs me whenever I try to study. I get irritated and I do not get along with her because she does not encourage me to study. How can I get rid of this feeling? Please help me.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

First of all, you need to relax about your studies that for sure you will be able to manage it and be confident about yourself. The second important thing is that whenever you feel your mother is disturbing, you need to take a break for 15 minutes, go out to an open place and take deep breaths for 5-7 minutes and avoid thinking about your mother and continue study at that time. This will help you to vent your feelings out.

You need to do deep breathing exercises four to five times a day which will include:

  1. Sit straight with your spine erect and do deep breathing in and out five times.
  2. Then for the next 5 times when you breathe in, turn up your arms till shoulder and when you breath out open up your arms.
  3. Then lie down, breathe in and fold up your knees in a backward direction in such a way that your heel touches your back and when you breath out open up your knees.
  4. Then bend down your neck so that your chin is touching your chest and also try to bend your neck in backward direction.
  5. Repeat all the above five times. Do it these exercises 4-5 times a day.

Within 21 days, this will definitely help you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
