Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Kindly help me with a few details so that we can get to the bottom of your issue. Are you diabetic or hypertensive? How long have you had this issue? How many times during the day do you pass urine? Do you have to wake up at night as well? Do you have pain in the side of the abdomen? Do you have a fever? Are you having any trouble with white discharge from the vagina? Have you done any tests? If so, please share the results with me.

Kindly revert with the details and I will do my best to assist you.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

I urinate twice an hour if I drink more water. Otherwise, I urinate once in one and a half hours. The prolonged burning sensation started yesterday afternoon. I do not have to wake up at night to urinate.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to iciniq.com.

Thank you for reverting.

I would suggest you take, tablet Urispaz (Flavoxate hydrochloride) twice daily for three days, tablet Cranpac D (Cranberry and D Mannose) twice daily for a week, tablet Econorm (Saccharomyces boulardii) 250 mg twice daily for a week, and tablet Mirabig (Mirabegron) 50 mg once for five days. Consult your specialist doctor, talk to them, and then take the medications as per their advice. You might have developed a UTI (urinary tract infection), hence I request you to answer the other questions above as well. I also suggest you drink at least 0.79 gallons of fluids per day. I suggest you take the few tests; Urine routine and microscopy, urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound KUB (kidney, ureter, and bladder), and renal function test.

Please revert with the test results and based on the results of the above tests I will prescribe some antibiotics if needed.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
