Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I think I might have balanitis. Slight swelling in my foreskin and lot of pain while urinating also there. Redness and itchiness along with slight ulcers on the foreskin. Kindly prescribe.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Can you upload the pictures? Any history of diabetes? Any whitish slough over the penis?

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

No, there is not any whitish slough.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Take tablet Fluconazole 150 mg per week for two weeks, tablet Teczine (Levocetirizine) 5 mg at night daily, DK gel (Miconazole) to be applied twice daily. Clean the area with normal saline (salt) water. If possible try to upload pictures.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
