I have gone through your attachment (attachment removed to protect patient identity). Your vitamin D level and vitamin B12 is too much high. Your liver and spleen palpation should be done, or USG (ultrasound) abdomen scan can be done for further work up. Your platelet count is borderline. Your liver enzymes are slightly high for which USG scan can be done, and viral marker investigation can also be done. Mention your clinical complaints in detail to guide you further.
