Ulcers over lower lip (Dentistry)

Medical Case Details:

A patient of age 17 yrs has come to the clinic with the cheif complaint of ulcers in the lower lip. I asked the patient about her diet , evrythng seems fine . I askd about any underlying systemic illness . Evrythng seems fine . Later i asked her if u have stress these days . She said a BIG YES she took a lot of stress due to her exams . Then i gave her a chlorhex gel to reduce the pain levels and told her the caution of even hyper stress causes these ulcers. In the mouth. Dont panic and told her to worry less and less stress.
