Medical Case Details:

Hello, this is the case of my 62-year-old female patient. Every year, she does gynecological checkups with pap smear tests, gynecological ultrasounds, and examinations. Last year the findings were endometrium 2.9 mm, with normal echo structure. The right ovary was normally visualized, the left one not, and with no pathological masses. The pap smear test was normal. This year the endometrium was found irregular with 4.3 mm, ovaries not visualized, and no other pathologies. Pap smear test atrophy was found with no intraepithelial lesion. CA 125 (cancer antigen) = 5.

Hi Dr.Gulati,

Gynecologist did not see anything related to uterus. Suggested further consultation with nephrologist as the patient refers recent history of passing urinary stones.

I am still wondering if she can run cystoscopy.
