Medical Case Details:
Patient 55 year old female.post cholecystectomy status : 22 years ago.
On and Off pain since 22 years. 10 on 10 scale graded pain.
LFT raised few times in past.
ERCP done 3 years ago for stones . 2 stones removed from CBD.
Pain still on and off.
Pain precipitates with any citrus consumption.
Digene preperation relieve pain.
No ulceration in endoscopy.
Started patient on Udiliv 300 for 2 months , felt better.
No sound diagnosis.

1. rule out chronic pancreatitis
2. stricturs formation post cholecystectomy or sludge formation leading to such symptoms and recurrent problems is common cause.
