Miss Firsous,38 yrs, P4 A0 All SVD Presented with the complaint of postcoital bleeding for 2 months, Vaginal discharge for one month On examination No pallor ,Cyanosis ,Clubbing,Chylnochia ,Abdomin was Soft non tender Local examination ,There was 3+3 cm, posterior lip ulcer ,spindle in shape ,regular everted margins shallow base containing yellow necrotic tissue Investigation HB 10.6 MCV n MCH n MCHC low Plt 240, Tlc 7 How will you proceed to manage these patients?Discussions

In this case we will go with VAGINAL WASH - SN HERBALS PANCHVALKAL KWATH CHURNA - take 2 spoon of this powder and boil with 4 cup of water till it is reduced to 1 cup , drain and use the devotion for vaginal wash daily two times
2 - SN HERBALS tab triphala guggulu 2 tab two times after food
3- SN HERBALS NARI YAUVAN TABLET
2 tab two time after food
