Postmenopausal Bleeding for 1 Year (Obstetrics and Gynecology)

Medical Case Details:
Miss Ayesha, a 55-year-old multiparous woman (P4), presents with postmenopausal bleeding (PMB) for the past year. She reached menopause 4 years ago. Her medical history includes diabetes mellitus (DM) for 5 years. On examination, there was no pallor, cyanosis, clubbing, or koilonychia. Her abdomen was soft and non-tender. On bimanual (B/M) examination, the uterus was of an 8-week size, anteverted (AV), and mobile. On investigation HB (hemoglobin) - 10g/dl, TLC (total leukocyte count) - 6, PLT (Platelet count) - 250, MCV (Mean corpuscular volume) - 65, MCH (Mean corpuscular hemoglobin) - 26, and MCHC (Mean corpuscular hemoglobin) - 28. How will you manage this patient?
