A 34-year-old male patient has come to get a perfect smile. He got peg laterals which made him feel insecure about smiling. I suggested an orthodontic treatment but the patient refused to get it done due to his age factor. Then, we suggested him to get zirconium crowns over and get those peg laterals extracted, if he is willing. As he is not interested in extracting those, he wanted a fixed prosthesis. Then, we performed root canal treatments on teeth 11, 12, 13, 21, 22, and 23, followed by placing a fixed prosthesis.
