Before proceeding to the case in detail please advise CBC with differential,TSH,ESR,RF, uric acid.,LFT andRenal function test.

As mentioned by other doctors, the hand X-ray is not clear.
Reg the knee joint.. there is decreased joint space, subchondral sclerosis and subcondral cysts.. features of osteoarthritis. Left knee more affected than right.
