I have a patient who is 67 years old and she was diagnosed of Ankylosing spondylitis 11 years ago according to anamnestic data, HLA-B27 positivity and x-ray exams. So, I need experienced radiologists and rheumatologists to say only on basis of uploaded pictures which would be accurate diagnosis.
The patient has SPA
X ray is showing sclerosis of SI joint along with bambo spine. In addition patient has positive HLA B 27 so full filing both major criteria.
