Haritaki is known safe herbal Ayurveda drug, if quantity as Mukhvas is moderate 3/4 gm it is beneficial. Better to have roasted and bit coated with little Rock salt as Haritaki is lacking salty taste; such Haritaki will be tasty and more beneficial.
