24-year-old female is unable to conceive after one year of regular intercourse. She has mild polycystic ovaries. She had taken Letrozole for two months and took follicular study. Her report was normal, and ovum development and rupture of follicle were good. Normal ovulation. Husband has a good sperm count and motility.
