Medical Case Details:

A patient presented with low vitals and a semiconscious state with a missed cycle of 45 days, while trying for pregnancy. She was taken as an emergency and immediately attended by laparoscopy found a 7 cm size pregnancy in her left tube with bleeding. A left Salpingo-Oophorectomy (surgery to remove the ovaries and fallopian tubes) was done.
