Children should eat foods that contain more fiber, such as broccoli, prunes, pears, peaches, peeled apples. Cooked grains Whole-grain bread, etc., etc.

If the baby has not changed to another food May be crushed vegetables and fruits and can be eaten by children.

Children should also drink enough water. Because water and milk will help your child's body to stay hydrated and excreted regularly. Let the child drink prune or pear juice to stimulate intestinal peristalsis. The water should be mixed to dilute the concentration of the juice, so it's not too sweet

Agree with Dr Vorachoat. From the Surgeon’s perspective, I would want to look at the anus - position, calibre and tone.

Offer your baby a small amount of water or a daily serving of 100 percent apple, prune or pear juice in addition to usual feedings. Moreover, If your baby is eating solid foods, try pureed peas or prunes, which contain more fiber than other fruits and vegetables.

Its important to know what foods giving to baby daily... Add green leafy vegetables, apple, banana in the diet If giving too much of formula milk then need to reduce the quantity Avoid cow milk for atleast 1 yr age Increase water intake per day.

First i would like to know whether its actually constipation. Because most of parents say that child is constipated when they dont pass stools in 2 or 3 days (which can be normal). So first we need to see whether it fits into diagnosis. If it does then with all above treatment, we need to avoid cow milk if child is taking it. Of all doesn't work and if its true functional constipation then i think we can try PEG...
