A 6-month-old with right-sided Pelviureteric Junction Obstruction (Kidney Outlet Obstruction). Pyeloplasty (Removal of the blocked segment and reconstruction of Pelviureteric Junction) performed to allow good flow of urine from kidney to bladder and saved the kidney.
