Heat Intolerance

Heat intolerance is a feeling of remaining overheated when the temperature of the body becomes raised. The symptoms are feeling extremely hot in warm temperatures, excessive sweating, exhaustion, fatigue during warm weather, nausea, vomiting, and mood changes. It is often caused due to a disorder in the autonomic nervous system called dysautonomia. The other causes are age, medication, sensory issues, neurological problems. It is managed by avoiding direct sunlight, wearing loose-fitting clothes, avoiding alcohol, and taking a cool bath.
