Can urine microalbumin levels indicate renal disease?

Query: Hello doctor,My serum creatinine level is 0.96 mg/dL, urea 19 mmol/L, spot urine microalbumin 42.9 mg/L, spot urine creatinine 104.2 mg/dL and the ratio is 41.1 mg/dL. I would like to know if these values are normal or if there is something wrong with my kidneys.Kindly help.  Read Full »
