23 year old female has multiple dark macules on her body especially on legs, arms and buttocks. In the past she was treated with Doxycycline and LCZ (Levocetirizine) and got improvement. After 2 weeks dark spots reappeared with intense itching. What is the best treatment for her now?Attached Files:

Have you done basic test , blood sugar, VDRL, HIV , hemogram where you can get ideas neutrophils -bacteria, eosinophils- allergic,
