Have you considered prescribing here constitutional remedy? I think that will work markedly along with specific remedies. High cholesterol at this young age is very concerning - is there any family history of having Cholesterol at young age? Mentally does she feel there is no support from her closed ones, and she has to do everything alone, or she feels unloved, etc...?

There must be deep mental and emotional issue with her that need to be addressed in order to cure this problem.
