A 38-year-old male complaints of burning epigastric pain, chest discomfort, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, weakness, sweating, and abdominal cramps. This condition is lasting for the last 3 hours. What is the primary diagnosis and first aid management?

    Gastritis/MI/Peptic Ulcer Disease/cholecystitis/appendicitis

    Inj gravinate in iv fluids
    Rest according to symptoms and conditions...

    Emergency 12-lead ECG, dopple sonography of the heart, troponin quick test, full panel emergency lab. If all negative thorough investigation of the entire abdomen, all organs lab and echo/MRI/CT. If this should also be negative MRI of the spine to make sure no nerve is projecting these sensations to the anterior side of the body.
