Slept under direct fan after developed catarh and loss of smell (Internal Medicine)

Medical Case Details:
Hello Doctors please help out asap. 4 days ago I slept off forgetting to position the fan to rotate in different directions so it was directly to my face as a result I developed catarh the next day which came with high body temperature and muscle ache. I took some over the counter flu medications and decided on taking malaria typhoid prophylaxis which I usually do every 2 months. I developed loss of smell although other symptoms have all subsided I am still not able to smell. With the widespread presence of covid I am afraid it might be. 1. Sudden temperature changes causes such myalgias.
2. no need to get prophylaxis now and nor required so frequently.
3. it is one of synptoms of corona. it can not be ruled out without test. it is not hard and fast symptoms for diagnosis.
