A female patient of 47years came to my clinic.She is having numbness and burning sensation since 3yr.She is not a diabetic not anemic .Advised her to check vitamin b12

She should have a proper neurological clinical examination of peripheral nerves , The neuropathy has to be graded by clinician. It looks a case of peripheral neuropathy possibly secondary . she should undergo EMG/NCV tests

The medicines are prescribed after finding the cause of neuropathy and after proper grading of neuropathy . The drugs that help to relieve neuropathy are Pregabalin , gabapentin, vit B12 , Antioxidants , Alpha lopoic acid . glutatione etc

other methods TENS ( transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation ) , microvas therapy , Intermittent hot/cold contrast therapy etc

Without finding the cause of neuropathy pts may get relief with these medicines but may have worsened symptoms in future

Just a Simple solution, take 1/2 teaspoon of Haldi and 7-8 crushed black pepper, add 1 glass of water, boiled until the water level becomes half. take it on empty stomach for 15 days.
