Dr. Ismail Tariq is a certified Psychiatrist. He completed his MBBS from King Edward Medical University, Lahore, in 1987 and a Doctor of Physical Medicine from the University of Punjab in 2000. Then he completed MCPS in 2007 and FCPS in Psychiatry in 2011 from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Karachi. He diagnoses, manages, and treats pain from an injury, illness, or medical condition, predominantly using physical means for recovery such as physical therapy and medicine. His goal is to help patients recover from their functional well-being and return to a healthy and active life. He is currently practicing at Psychiatry Clinic Ittefaq Hospital, Punjab, with 36 years of clinical experience.
