Dr. V R Aravind completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery as well as MCh in Pediatric Surgery from Bangalore Medical College. He is an expert in dealing with surgical problems in neonates, infants, and children below 14 years of age. He believes coping with children's surgical issues is a different science and art, and he loves it. Along with Pediatric surgery, he also practices General Surgery. He has six years of clinical experience, has undergone training in children's laparoscopic (keyhole) surgeries, and is more interested in pediatric urological problems.
Dr. V R Aravind has secured second place in the IAPS Agra Conference (2016) for clinical discussion of pediatric oncology (tumors or cancer). In addition, he secured first place in the IAPS-KSC Dharwad conference (2015) for clinical discussion. Furthermore, he is working on publishing three papers in Indexed journals.
