Disulfiram-like Reaction

When taken along with alcohol, certain drugs can cause disulfiram-like reactions, meaning reactions in a person similar to those who take Disulfiram and consume alcohol. Such drugs include Metronidazole, Chloramphenicol, Furazolidone, and Quinacrine. The adverse reaction can include nausea, dizziness, flushing, abdominal pain, vomiting, headache, chest discomfort, etc.
