Gamekeepers Thumb

The gamekeeper's thumb is a condition characterized by the insufficiency of the ulnar collateral ligament to the thumb metacarpal. The term was coined in 1955 by Campbell, who observed it as a professional hazard amongst Scottish gamekeepers.
