Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy is a condition where the hypertrophy and enlargement of the septal muscle cause narrowing of the passage. This narrowing leads to decreased or blockage of blood flow from the ventricles to the aorta. This leads to chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, arrhythmia, etc.
